Introduction: Health Equity is one the most crucial bioethics issues in the world and inequities in Health and Health care are one of the greatest challenges facing the international community today. Theological aspects of this ethical issue have not been evaluated deeply.Methods: It is a review study trying to investigate several issues considering Health Equity from Islamic perspectives: basics, source of inEquity, strategies for coping with inequities.Results: Through comprehensive literature review Health Equity was studied in different aspects and Holy Quran was used as the main source of information in Islamic literature. Social Equity has been considered as one of the most important issues in the community and Health Equity is one of its aspects. Health Equity has been studied in developed countries thoroughly and different aspects of it and practical strategies for its provision are available in details. On the other hand, invaluable advices and strategies can be found in Islamic literature with respect to cope with poverty, inequalities in income and wealth, institutional racism and gender discrimination as main sources for Health inequalities.Conclusions: Several issues considered as the basics of Health Equity in developed countries that can be justified by Islamic literatures and there is an enriched source of rules and instructions to provide Health justice in Islamic communities. This review study can be used as a foundation for Islamic societies to undertake some stratigies for dealing with Health inequalities currently found. The strategies suggested in Islam are simple and are originated from the nature of humanity.

Significant attention has been devoted to developing intersectoral strategies to reduce Health inequities; however, these strategies have largely neglected to consider how Equity in Health ought to be weighted and balanced with the pursuit of Equity for other social goods (eg, education Equity). Research in this domain is crucial, as the Health sector’ s pursuit of Health Equity may be at odds with policies in other sectors, which may consider the reduction of Health inequities to be peripheral to, if not incompatible with, their own Equity-related aims. It is therefore critical that intersectoral strategies to reduce Health inequities be guided by a more general account of social justice that is capable of carefully balancing Equity in Health against the pursuit of Equity in other sectors.

This article aims to compare the foundations of the post-pandemic economy and its impact on Health Equity, according to Labonté with the economics theory. The methodology developed is based on bibliometrics analysis, the documents, and specifications for a cluster of concepts, allowing deepened exposure of Labonté, complementing with the latest publications on the post-pandemic economy. Finally, the results agreed with Labonté about to economic development for achieving an economy that allows Health Equity considering sustainable development and the possibility of achieving the livelihood of Green New Deal as a basis.

Therefore, all governments are obliged to mobilize all their resources to meet the Health needs and provide quality and affordable Health care at all levels of public Health, medical, and rehabilitation services for each member of the society.
